Redundant Power Supply

Dear All,

One of the Broadcast engineer in Thailand was asking whether the 4- Channel WMT Play out server has redundant power supply or not?

I would appreciate for your feedback on this.

I do not believe so. This is the model used in the single channel:

My understanding is that the difference is in the BM card used; the other internals (I believe) and the form-factor are consistent.

There is no redundant power supply in any of the Server we are using

Also it is not required as the Server requiring dual power supply re the one which are operational all the time like in Banks, and other operations

In our case the client can have redundant Server as backup

This will help him sometimes when he require more simultaneous outputs
